Router sending different ISP to Sonos Speakers

I have 3 Sonos speakers that were hooked up to my network.  When I tred to re-connect them the other day, the router sends 2 of them a 198.168 series ISP and the third is a public 274 series...the Sonos tech rep sad the diagnostic shows that there is nothing wrong with the speaker, and that it must be the router.  This is a router provided by Brighthouse (now Spectrum)...Do I have a bad setting, a bad router, or what...I'm not a super techie like some so please be specific and concise in your answers.  Thanks!!!

  • Is the router provided by Brighthouse a Netgear?  If yes, then what is the model?

What do you mean that the router sends one of the speakers a "public 274 series".  Can you provide a screenshot?  How are the speakers connected to the network?
