routerlogin says I may not be connected to wifi

I am trying to login to routerlogin.net to connect to my AC1750 WiFi Cable Modem C6300, but it says I may not be connected to wifi.  

I tried clearing my cache in Chrome and restarted the laptop, but I am still not getting in.  

Any advice would be appreciated!

    Does wire connected to the modems web page show same thing? 

    Has a power OFF of the modem for 1 minute then back ON been performed? 

     

    Might try a full on factory reset and setup from scratch.

      This was quite strange! I tried my windows 10 box, cleared cache on Chorme, rebooted - nothing.
      I tried my Android phone, cleared cache on Chorme, rebooted - nothing.
      My son tried from his iPhone and got through and was able to reset the PW for the router and the WiFi.  

      Still no idea why it did not work from the other devices though. Any insight?

        Might try forgetting the wireless SSID then disable the wifi radio on the devices for 5 seconds then back ON. Then try to reconnect...
