SanDisk 256GB Ultra Fit USB 3.1 Flash Drive - SDCZ430-256G-G46

I cant get any of my  USB thumb drives to work. anyone use this  USB drive? SanDisk 256GB Ultra Fit USB 3.1 Flash Drive - SDCZ430-256G-G46 thanks, I'd like to buy that for storage.

Are you trying to make this work with a Netgear product? What NG product do you have?
