SanDisk 256GB Ultra Fit USB 3.1 Flash Drive - SDCZ430-256G-G46

I cant get any of my  USB thumb drives to work. anyone use this  USB drive? SanDisk 256GB Ultra Fit USB 3.1 Flash Drive - SDCZ430-256G-G46 thanks, I'd like to buy that for storage.

I believe NTFS format should work for ReadyShare. Try both to see what best works for you. Also depends on size of drive. If large, then NTFS would be best.
