SECURITY - SSH Login to CM1150V ?

I just saw the below message in my CM1150V log.  Password is not at the default, and I don't see any option in the GUI to enable/disable SSH access.  Is this coming from the ISP tech support?  Should I be concerned???

    Dont worry. That is me asking Comcast core engineering team to login to pull your logs. 

    NTGR does not have access to your modem.

      Thanks, I suspected it was the ISP, but wanted to confirm.
