security questions on IP address default gateway
I'm trying to login into my IP default gateway via PC Windows on Firefox and its asking me to reset my password because it was never set. I can get past this part, but right after it asks me two security questions.
1. What is the name of the first NetGear product you purchased?
2. What is the name of your first manager?
I have never set these answers and leaving them blank doesn't work. I see other posts say to factory reset, but I have done that in the past to access my router. This is the default gateway with NetGear Genie.

What NG product and model# are you referring too?
You'll need to factory reset the device and then walk thru the setup wizard and input answers to the two security questions that you pick to use.
