setting priority for C6900 wired devices

I have a VOIP wired connected to my C6900; the company said I need to set it to 1st priority in the modem-router. I can't find how to do it. Please help.

    Does the user manual say thing? Anything under QoS?

    I don't believe the C6900 has qos or device prioritization. I don't have one so I can't say 100% but the manual doesn't show anything for those services. 

     

    What issue are you having that you think it needs this?
