I tried to connect my new modem I just bought when my old century link modem stopped working, but now it will not connect to my internet and I dont know why
Did you contact your ISP to get it provisioned?
Are you sure its compatible with your service? Thats kind of a key. Contact your isp to see if its compatible as well as to get it provisioned.
