I spoke for a long time with tech support at Netgear and they have no clue how to change it. They told me to send it back to Amazon. Now when I try to connect devices to my wifi this Netgear page keeps popping up and I can connect nothing. The router is disconnected and in its box ready to go back. How do I fix this mess?
