Yes I did that, and I used that program, and it still doesn't show the size or how much is left on that drive, so do I just guess? :)

Hello ZeroC00l
I will have to do some testing with my own external drive and I will get back with you.

I am wondering if it's a premission issue with Windows 10? I don't know.

The thing is, I have seen videos and screenshots of others that where the admin page shows space, where mine doesn't, that's what's got me. The fact I cannot update my firmware that only my ISP can makes it even more annoying as they said they don't support my router and that I am on my own there. That I must contact Netgear to get my firmware updated. :(

Wow so, I unplugged the drive, and put in a USB Memory stick. Now it shows the space. Wow Netgear really? You've had how many years to fix this, and this is a new product and still you have conflicts with the sizes that can be used on Netgear devices.
Not only that, USB 2.0, really, can we say keep up with the times here.
I've been through holy hell with this device sence day one, and I cannot believe it's the next cutting edge.
Slow, lag, I might as well be on a 300baud modem.
When trasnfering files to the USB stick, I can't access or change anything via LAN over the network and access other devices.
I don't know how you justify 179.00 for this but the USB sucks none the less.
You've had years to work out the bugs, and yet you still have bugs with a new model.
