Simple question

Why does Netgear make it impossible to contact them to ask a simple question? This is the WORST company I have ever dealt with when it comes to customer support/service. I don't know how they are still in business. All I want to do is ask someone at Netgear why my AC1900 does not show up on the list of registered produts under my profile yet when I try to register it, it states it's already been registered? You'd think I was trying to break into Fort Know for God's sake. Terrible treatment of it's loyal customer base. This is the 10th and last piece of Netgear tech I buy in my life. Time to switch to HPE, D-Link, TP-Link or one of the many other networking companies out there. I'm done with these bozos.
