Since ISP speed upgrade Netflix won't run on Firestick and Roku

Upgraded our WOW! internet speed last week and everything is running great - except Netflix.  Getting the tvq-st-120 and tvq-st-106 error codes when I try and access Neftlix on my Firestick and Roku.  My internet is running great and all other apps will load on both devices.  I went through the Netflix trouble shooting for both error codes and it still isn't working.  Is there some setting with my CM500 that is keeping it from connecting?

    Hi Joe,
    Having the same exact issue as you after switching to Wow! from Xfinity services. Netflix worked fine with Xfinity however will not work with Wow! The technicians do not know the reason why. If you do find out the reason why please let us know!

    Something to talk to your ISP about. Theres nothing on the CM modem that would be blocking any kind of internet services. There is either a ISP issue or check your external wifi router configuration.
