slow speeds on a netgear n300/c3000

My cable modem is only at around 30 mbs wired and 27 wireless.  The spectrum equipment is around 180.  Don't want to pay for Spectrum router.  My netgear is supposed to go up to 300.  I understand it...

If you log into the C3000, get a screen snip of the cable connections page (shows upstream/downstream signal levels/issues) and the event logs. That lets us get a idea of your connection back to the isp.
