Slow wifi on n600 c3700v2

My Internet speed is at 1.5 when I pay for 150. Internet is extremely slow and disconnects.

    What speeds do you get hardwired into the C3700?

    Do you have a screen snip of your modem connections page? 

    How are you testing speeds? (device, website, app, etc)

      The speed on my laptop is not a problem just cell phones which is perplexing. I am using an app for speed testing. See attached

        What speeds do you get hardwired in with the laptop?

        Are you testing over 2.4ghz or 5ghz?

        What device (phone) are you testing with?
