Solid red power led on C3700 modem/router and other issues

Had some pretty bad thunderstorms last night, and when I woke up this morning, the power led on the modem/router is solid red while all the other leds are solid green. My 5 ghz band isn't showing up at all, though my 2.4 ghz is with slow/no connectivity and warnings of my connections not being private. I can't even factory reset the thing. I pushed the reset button down for a solid 30 seconds with no change. I'm guessing the thing might have gotten power-spiked during the storm and fried out?

    Hello ZANtrav

     

    Yea I would keep trying to factory reset the modem but if it still stays red and is having issues then yes I would say something has gone wrong with the modem.
