Some devices can connect to the wifi, others cannot and only using 2.4
Yesterday my Xfinity internet was working fine, was able to connect to 5 and 2.4 networks on any device and access any site desired. Today I am not and have spent a long time talk with Xfinity support with no sucess.
If I boot my MAC laptop to the 2.4 network, it works as it should. All sites are acessible. If I switch to the 5 network it stopps working. Can't connect to 2.4 again if I switch back without restarting the MAC
Niether my phone or tablet like either network
Hardline to the TV doesn't work either.
Noob here, so I appreacite any help you can provide.

So I am not an expect but I fixed the problem I had on my own. Xfinity was not help and wanted to send somene out. Done ranting. I did a factory restore and let it do it's thing. About 10 minutes later I was up an running again. You will need to setup your wifi and password (x how many networks you have) but everything is working now
