SONOS not working with new C7800

I use a SONOS Playbase speaker for TV and music via the SONOS app.  Previously, worked fine via wifi for TV and music via the SONOS app.  I got the TV sound to work after akward Ethernet cable connet...

I don’t know what to tell you . I’ve got the same router/modem a few weeks ago and it continues to drop connection. I have called both NETGEAR and my ISP but neither one is helping . NETGEAR doesn’t seem to want to fix the issue .
