Spectrum CM3000

Just wanted to provide an update.  I don't know what changed because it's still showing firmware version V6.01.03 but as of today the CM3000 seems to have stabilized and appears to be working normally again on Spectrum. That being said I CAN'T vouch if the same is true for any other service provider.

    All this is on the ISP. Got word that the ISP has corrected this on there side. CM3000 modems should be good now. Please contact the ISP for continued help and information regarding this.

    All issues or problems seen with the modem will need to be addressed with the ISP. 

    Can post cable connections and event logs here and we can give some feedback there. 

     

    Otherwise, NG is aware of those having issues and is working with the ISPs to get things corrected as best as they can.
