Any of the CM models will work if your ISP supports them.
You need a router behind the CM modems as they don't support router or wifi. So if you have a router already, then either one of thes models will connect up to the external router.
The CM1200 is mostly meant for businesses, not home. Depends on what ISPs will supprot for it:
