Spectrum.net 403 Forbidden error

does it work on different devices? or are all devices blocked?

    Blocked on multiple different devices (including phone) and browsers. If I turn WiFi off on phone, I can open the site, so definitely connected to the modem/router in some way.

        Are you using a VPN on your devices where you can change the country? If so that can cause access to some website that are using GEO blocking .Try to disable your VPN. In some browser there is also a VPN build in.
