Spectrum.net 403 Forbidden error

Have you ever tried a simple factory reset/reinstall (not from a backup)?

     Do you have configured the option to block certain websites based on keywords? Page 34 - Page 36 of the user manual.

    Was ideally hoping to avoid the hassle of this and see if anyone had ever experienced the same problem, though doesn't seem that way.

    You can always make a backup configuration. 

    Then after you reset, test the connection. If it works, reinstall your backup and test it again to see if its something in the backup.
