SSIDs not showing up after outage
We lost internet connectivity this afternoon and after powering down the C6300 cable modem and unplugging it for a while, then bringing it back up, I don't see the SSIDs for our 2.4 and 5Ghz wireless...
Do you see any default named networks? Have you tried to remove the coax cable from the modem then reboot it and see if the SSID shows up if that happens then the ISP is disabling the wifi in there settings.
