Super slow upload on C6300

I am dealing with super slow upload speeds while my download speeds remain good and normal. For a long time, my wi-fi upload speeds were at an average 10+ mps. For seemingly no reason, they have dropped to an unmanagable 0.5 mps average upload speed. The download speed remains normal (averaging 115mps download). This applies to both my 2.5 and 5g networks. Internet providor says everything looks good on their end. I have the latest firmware, and I am using a channel with no other conflicts. I have rebooted multiple times and tried resetting with factory settings. Still I cannot get uploads to work normally. The photo shows what speeds I am getting. Uploading large videos is an important part of my business and I need any help possible to find a solution. Thank you.
