If its a problem with the router FURRYe38 was correct in the forum you should be posting in.
If its the modem, you should be contacting tp-link about it since its one of theirs.
If its the connection to the house, thats on your ISP.
I will say, you have quite frequent "Resetting the cable modem due to docsDevResetNow " those usually originate from your ISP resetting your device whether due do updates, the CMTs detecting problems, the device being reset (either by your or by itself d/t problems).
You said you replaced the router and continue to have the same problems. If you replace something and the problem continues, it usually isn't that device.

Yes Netgear sent a new router under warranty. The connection directly to the modem never seems to have any issues, only the router where when we connect we consistantly get lagged or slow speeds or ddropped connections. The calls in and resets are with our ISP since I have to call at least once a week to reset it.

Again, post in the correct forum and you'll get more help than just me.
If both units are having the same issue, maybe its time to look at how its setup.
Are you using QoS?
How large of an area are you expecting this to cover?
How many devices are you supporting?
What speeds do you get over 2.4ghz? 5ghz? Lan connection?
Are you in an area with a lot of wifi interference.?
