Thanks for the reply. Per your reply, I am trying to connect my SwitchBot hub to my net gear router For Wi-Fi. The hub asks for my Wi-Fi ssid and password. Then it try’s to connect but I keep getting Failed to load, unable to find router. Note the hub does not support 5g.

So the hub has to connect directly to the router?
Many of these things make the wifi connection using a mobile device as an intermediary. In those cases, it is seems to be the software on the m,bile that is the issue. It cannot connect a 2.4 GHz app to something when it has a connection to 5 GHz wifi. That is down to incompetent app writers.

You could see if you can temporarily turn off the 5 GHz wifi from the C6230.
Manuals are always a good place to start.
Visit the support pages:
Support | NETGEAR
Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware.
Check the section in the manual Enable or Disable the WiFi Radios.
If that works, remember to turn the 5 GHz back on. There is an LED on the front to remind you.
I assume that you have talked to the people behind SwitchBot for help, and that you have investigated things like the gadget's support for WPS. The router just squirts out wifi, It is then down to the client to play ball. You shouldn't have to mess around with routers.
