Track Network Speed History

I am using Time Warner for my internet.  My agreement is for 50 down and 5 up.  There are times when my speed drops drastically.  At times this has been an issue with Time Warner.  Other times I was able to just turn off my Netgear C3000-100NAS and turn it back on again to get 'back up to speed'. I would like to proactively track my speed and know when it has fallen off.  I use SpeedTest for spot checks.  What I would like is a graph and perhaps an alarm.  Specifically for available speed.

I have tried Networx Speed Meter(no graph), PRTG (seems complicated) and GlassWire (looks fine but perhaps not the info I want).

Thank you.

    Hello DCH14609

Have you looked into wireshark that gives a really good analyzes of the network. Not 100% sure its what you are wanting but may want to give it a look.

      Darren,

Thank you for your response.  Wireshark looks a bit too deep for me.

Too clarify, I would like to know (see speed/notification/graph, hear an alarm) when my internet connection reduces in speed.

This would be instead of thinking that it seems slow and heading to speedtest to check.
