Troubleshooting Dropouts Netgear CM600
Thanks in advance for any help.
I have Xfinity Cable Internet.
I have a Netgear CM600 modem, Pakedge RK-1 Router, Ubiquiti Wifi.
The dropouts occur on both wired and wireless connections ...

If I may follow up...
Do you feel those errors show clear evidence of a problem on the line from my modem outward to the network?
I am just trying to conclusively narrow down the problem, as I have had the comcast techs out here before and given the intermittent nature of the error, it usually ends in them either throwing up their hands, or saying it's probably in my equipment.

Seems to have some uncorrectables.
You can tell them that you've tried two different modems and both exhibit the same thing.
Has to be something on there end.

Spoke with the Comcast senior technical supervisor for my area today.
He says that the uncorrectables are likely caused by one of the devcies on my home network and I should try disconnecting them one by one, and if not that, maybe the router/firewall.
I pushed him on this, because I had assumed that: something plugged into an output on the router would be incapable of messing up the router. Thus, given I had experienced the same problem on multiple output ports of the router, I could conclude that the problem was nowhere past the router on my home network.
Furthermore, while I don't understand what "downstream bonded channels" are, so may be wrong, I had assumed that seeing errors in downstream bonded channels indicated a problem between my modem and their network, not behind the modem, but he thought it could be one of those things.
I have some fear that 1) he doesn't really know what he's talking about, and 2) that this is a bit of runaround with "well, try replacing everything that's not ours first"
any thoughts? thanks all for help.

Downstream channels are the channels used to for the download of all data coming in from the intetnet. Upstream is just the opposite. Example, 16x4 is 16 channels down and 4 channels Up. Same for 32x8.
I would confirm problem continues with different branded router. Barrow one or get one from a local store or online with a good refund policy to see if the problem continues.

Well... I may have fixed it. Embarassingly, but I offer this for future people who stumble on the thread.
Only things that may have helped:
Updated firmware on the Router
Traced the coax from my rack to the drop on the side of the house, jiggled wires and finger tightened the two junctions I found. (no splitters found).
Cleared the Modem status page and after several days, we see a lowish number of correctible errors and now zero uncorrectables

Not definitive because dropouts tend to come and go, but connection seems much more stable:

So hopefully fixed by the most obvious solutions.
