can you please try entering 3rd server or if you dont have 3rd one, just copy 2nd one exactly in 3rd one.

      Do you have the parental controls enabled on the router if so try to disable them and use the workaround above as the open DNS should still filter websites.

        Although it does show as "enabled", the setting is set to "none" in the parental filters. There does not appear to be any toggle to disable it altogether.
