Trying to change DNS settings, will not apply or save them

I thought this worked, but it actually did not.
There are 3 different DNS boxes. Input your primary and secondary dns IPs and then put anything into that 3rd Tertiary DNS box. The settings should save and reboot the router when you hit apply.
After the reboot, the same opendns home IPs were still there. But at least this time I did not get the invalid IP error.
