Trying to enable multicase on c7000v2

I have a wireless alarm system which includes a Skybell Slim doorbell camera. I am tryhing to get it to notify my panel when pushed. All confingurations seem correct but it won't do it. The alarm company says I need to have multicasting enabled on my router to accomplish what I want, but, I cannot seem to find any way to do it. So, does the C7000v2 have multicasting cabability? If so, how do I enable it?
