Turn CVG824G into a wireless bridge?
Hello,
I have two old Wireless routers laying around, that I would like to use to extend my wireless network on the 2nd floor of my house, as the primary router is located in the bottom. I've read alot all around about what would be the best solution, and to me it sounds like a wireless bridge would be the optimal, as I do not wish to run any cables at all. Or maybe it's possible to make a AP out of these units, joining the wireless and repeating it?
I have these available: CVG824G and the CG3000D.
Information on these units seems very scarce, which is the reason I thought to ask here.
Any help is much appriciated.

My guess these two devices are from some ISP provider and doubt they have bridge mode. I also found these two manuals in less than 2 minutes.

If you can not setup like this you can not repeat. And correct these models are ISP branded or ISP specific so may not include feature that smiliar model does. Netgear do not control the firmware for feature but ISP - GAPPAspirantYeah, seems like you are right. They are both ISP branded, and have no capabilities whatsoever, regarding bridging etc.
