UDP ports not open, but TCP ports are (C7100V)

I am trying to forward a few ports to stream Moonlight over the internet, but I can't get it to work properly. The old router and modem I had worked just fine with it, but this one has issues with it. I have put in all the necessary ports in the settings, but when I test them, only the TCP ports are open. Any UDP port comes with the error message "Connection Timed Out" on canyouseeme.org. I've tried disabling my computer's firewall, the router's firewall, and every other setting I could find related to it, but to no avail. Any help here?

All the necessary ports listed on the Moonlight page are entered onto the router's settings.

Any TCP port I try is open.

This port is set on both TCP and UDP. It is not open according to this site.

Any UDP port I try gets this error.

Hello, I have not seen an issue with playing Moonlight on C7100V. It is able to capture the necessary UDP ports on the Moonlight, such as 5353, 47988, 47999, 48000. Can you please advise on your setup and how you setup the Moonlight? I have attached instructions on how it was setup on our end. Thanks, A
