Unable to access ReadyShare Device via Netgear Genie after enabling OpenDNS Live Parental Controls

Very strange behaviour being observed, and I don't know where to go for support (Netgear or OpenDNS, or both).

 

I have a ReadyShare Device plugged into the Router, and can actually see data on the device. The problem seems to be with my LPC and OpenDNS account. All setups have been completed to use the OpenDNS DNS Server addresses. READYSHARE was added to the Typo Exception List, and I have even have a bypass account enabled.

 

In the Netgear Genie, I've modified the device's parental control filtering level to none. However, when I attempt to view the device, a message indicates the device is not plugged in.

 

My question, is there another setting that I've missed, or is this simply not supported. Screenshots have been provided below.

    Problem solved. After looking at the Admin Logs, I discovered an error; Steam Error Fetching Pac Url From Dhcp Error, which points to some corruption in the computer. A search on the internet found REIMAGE PC Repair, which was able to identify problems and fix them (for a fee of course) for me. At first glance, after the repair, I had concerns, because I was not able to get at the shared drive (via Router Admin or Genie), but after the modem was rebooted, everything started working again and I am now able to use the Ready Share Vault to backup my computer.
