Unable to connect Samsung smart tv to C3700 N600 wifi network

i just had Xfinity 25 Mbps service installed. I bought my own cable modem/wifi router, model C3700. I have been able to connect all our devices except our smart tv. It never connects to either 2.4 Gh...

Sorry if this is a stupid question, but are you sure your tv has Wi-Fi?  What is the model of your tv?

YES it does have wifi. I used the apps daily prior to this "upgrade".
