Unable to connect to the Router setup after changing IP & factory reset (WNDR3700v2)

Question

Windows 10 Pro 64 bitDGND3700 v2I have been unable to change SSID &amp; password after resetting the device, inspite of resetting several times.I have done this in the past, but presently it just does not accept changes even after following the correct procedure(Netgear genie - basic&nbsp; - wireless setup - apply)

Have you tried accessing the router admin pages using a Web browser, typically at http://192.168.1.1 ?
