Unable to log into AC1750

I am unable to log into my AC1750 cable modem router via wifi, nor cat5. Getting the red/black blocked message. (Which my laptop and phone are never blocked). I plan to hard reset the router tomorrow, but wanted to find out why everyone's devices would be blocked. Thank you in advance.

    What Mfr and model # is this cable modem. You may want to post over it the modem forum section instead.

    have you tried to use 192.168.100.1 or 192.168.0.1?
