LED indicators on:
Power button - amber/orange
Network - amber orange
2.4 ghz - off
5.0 ghz - off
Any Ethernet lan connected - orange
WPS - off
Doesn’t turn on when pressed/held for 2 seconds

That would be consistent with no wireless.

What about when the "Wireless On/Off button" is pressed?
In the web-browser interface, look at ADVANCED > Advanced Setup >
Wireless Settings : Enable Wireless Router Radio (for both 2.4GHz and
5GHz).

What, exactly, does "no luck" mean to you? That the reset operation
didn't appear to occur, or that it did appear to occur, but the symptoms
were unchanged?
If the router web page says that the radios are enabled, but the
radio LED indicators are off, and a proper settings reset doesn't change
that, then you might have a hardware problem.
