unlocked channels means?
cm-1000 Netgear modem What is causing these? Is this a normal profile, anything out of th ordinary?

Some isp's setup would leave channel 32 unlocked and lock in the ofdma channel.
Are your speeds ok?
Your signal doesn't look to bad but look like a few channels might have a little interference. Nothing thats horrible but you could always check your splitters/cable/connections to optimize.

Speeds are excellent. 200Mbits down, 7Mb up (pretty close to what we pay for)
What about the unlocked Upstream? There is 4 unlocked, shouldnt that be all unlocked UP?

upstream is your upload. its standard for 3-4 to be locked to hit upstream speeds.

I meant shouldnt they ALL be LOCKED upstream?
Currently 4 of the 8 are locked.
Also , isnt the netgear cm-1000 supposed to be 32 down and 16 up??

usually not all are locked on upstream. Upstream is much slower as evidenced by your 5mbps upload. should carriers add more upstream capability, they can lock more channels or even use the ofdma channels on docsis 3.1 devices.
