Your cable connections are a little out of spec. They should be roughly 3.5dbmv within each other. you're a bit out of that range. but you don't have errors. Next time it slows down, log in and get that screen snip again. also get the event logs.

one thing you can also do/try is some of the r8000p's struggled with netgear armor. Not sure why.
You could always try loading version 1.4.1.42 of the firmware.
If you're going to do that, do it over a hardwired connection, factory reset the router afterwards, do a clean install (not from backup) and then disable auto-updates afterwards.
