Update Firmware on Netgear Modem.
I have a Netgear CM1200 Modem. I just chatted with WOWWAY Internet service and the Rep stated he does update modem firmware. Any ideas or suggestions would be very helpful. Thanks in Advance
Netgear does submit firmware updates to ISP's but its on the ISP to push it out to end users. The end user can't update it themselves. If your isp is willing to do the update, they can get the update file from netgear by reaching out to them with this form.
but its not something the end user can do.
