Upgrade to CM1200 from cm1000
Just wondering if anyone has upgraded their cm1000 to cm1200 modem. I recently made the switch but it's looking like cm1000 is more consistent and faster than the cm1200.

If you're using the cm1200 with link aggregation enabled, disable it.

Its actually currently on disable. Should I try it with Enable (LACP-IEEE 802.3ad) (Port 1 & 2) on?

no. its fine.
The cm1200 and the cm1000 use basically the same chip. So there really shouldn't be a difference in performance unless you're using the wan aggregation.
Do you have a screen snip of the cable connections page from it?

These are the screenshots I have. Let me know if you think I should make adjustments.

Your power levels are all over the place. Ideally for downstream you want -7 to +7 dbmv. you're seeing -16.3dbmv at one point. and they should be within roughly 3.5dbmv of each other. yours has roughly 7dbmv range. so your downstream isn't decent.
your upstream is coming in high. high enough to cause drops.
I'd check your line by removing any splitters, attenuators, amplifiers from the line. directly connect to where the coax comes in.
If that's all already done, then your isp needs to check the line.
