upgrade to netgear AC1900, model C7000v2-

will this work with Lan only setup?

    The CM modem is meant to be connected to a cable coax ISP service. Or or in modem only mode if configured.

       What, exactly, does "Lan only setup" mean to you?

     

       Is there some actual problem which you are trying to solve?  Care to
    share?
