Upgraded to 75mbps on Comcast but can't only get 25mbps
so I just upgraded to 75 Mbps internet service, but I am only getting 25mbps. Spends hours on the phone with Comcast but they could not resolve the problem and told me I needed to contact the manufac...
I had the same problem....if you live in an older and established area, Comcast never upgraded the lines to handle the Blast...nothing they can or will do...the max that you will ever get is 25....it's all I'll ever get
