FYI, WIFI 6 doesn't depend upon the ISP to support WiFi 6. Nor does the CM model series support WiFi 6 as it's just a modem only. No built in WiFi radios. The WiFi 6 support starts at your RAX wifi router that does support WiFi 6 and then find a client devices like a phone or pad or adapter that supports WiFi 6. However, Spectrum posted on the Internet for zip code 79936 (my zip code) updated on 11/27/2019 a 3 page listing of "Authorized Modems to Use on the Spectrum Network" Under the Recommended Modems of (up to 400Mbps, up to 300Mbps, up to 100Mbps, and up to 60Mbps) mine is not listed. In the last listing of Minimally Qualified Modems (while deemed safe for their network, have not been tested to delivered your purchased internet speed) is my Nighthack Multi-Gig Speed Cable Modem (CM1200) I purchased with the RAX40 Nighthack Router and A6210 Wireless Adaptor. I just wanted to alert you (those who do not live in the 25 or so big cities that you may have to wait at least till the middle of next year before you have a chance to try the new WIFI6 or even 5G NR.
