Upload light is a solid red. Download is a solid green. LAN is flashing. Speed tests show over 75Mbp

i got a netgear cm500 to replace isp providers modem,called them had them do their thing and activate it,all lights green except upstream is solid red,since i waited 6 months before i hooked this thi...

also i figured out how to get to the logfile in modem and this is what i get to see,not sure why some of it shows yesterdays date and some is for 1-1-1970,none of this makes sense,and im not a computer guru,i just want this to work like its supposed to.
