upload light stays orange

My upload light is steady orange and I cant attach any documents or upload to any sites.  i have unplugged and rebooted but other than that I have no clue what to do.  please help.

    I would contact your ISP have them check out everything on the modem sounds like not all of the upload channels are locking on.

      I'm having the same problem with my upload channels not locking. Right now only one channel is locked. All 24 download channels are locked. So what you are saying this is Comcasts problem??? There is no way to correct this problem on my end??? I'm running 36ms ping/ 125Mbs download and 12 Mbs upload. When I first got this Modem it would only lock 12 to 16 channel Download and 3 upload channels would lock. 3 is the most I have ever seen with this Modem and I would have a green led on upload. It seems that when only one channel is locked I get the orange led. I don't know how this effects me short of not liking the oragne led but I would like to see it Green.

        That is correct work with Comcast internet support they should be able to tell you how many channels should be locked.
