Hello,
I have the Upstream • Solid amber. One upstream channel is locked
I am with Comcast Xfinity
This is what I see when I open the supstream
Could someone help me how to resolve this issue?
THe internet is so slow after that amber poped out

do you also have the snip of the downstream?
And your logs?
This is beneficial when checking your signal.
If you have any splitters, attenuators, or amplifiers in line, remove them.
