Upstream light is solid Amber

I've tried troubleshooting this and unplugged, etc. Nothing is working. Seems like only 1 of the 4 upstream bonded channels is working and I don't even know what that means....please help! Can I just go get a new modem and if that one works it's fixed or if same issue then call ISP to come out and check lines? Think I'd rather just go that route first so I don't have to wait for them to come out.

Ensure the coax line coming into the modem is of good quality. RG6 is recommended.

Remove any coax line splitters between the ISP service box and modem.

Contact the ISP and have them check the signal and quality from there side up to the modem.

Factory reset the modem as well.
