Hello,
I followed this tutorial: https://community.netgear.com/t5/x/x/m-p/1463500 from antinode here.
Then
I fixed my issue by giving my Computer A a new MAC address.

Did you have a duplicate MAC address among your devices? (Who might
have set that?)

I think what happened was I connected my computer to bridge mode on my Modem Arris, and then it assigned my computer's MAC to the external IPv4 address. (For testing).
But then when I reconnected my computer to another ethernet port, it didn't reset the external IPv4 address because the Modem Arris thought my computer was still in bridge mode.
Im not really sure, this is just a guess. My old MAC address is still in my "offline devices" list in the Modem Arris
