Using CM1200 modem with Spectrum Gigabit now frequent loss of connectivity

I have been using this modem with gigabit service from Spectrum and an Amplifi Alien wireless router for several months without problem. Now suddenly, I am randomly dropping speed, dropping connections and having to reboot. These are the errors that I am getting. I can't seem to track down the cause. I believe that it is on the Spectrum side, but they of course claim that it is the Modem. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Mike Thu Mar 26 20:04:42 2020 Critical (3) Started Unicast Maintenance Ranging - No Response received - T3 time-out;CM-MAC=28:80:88:b2:85:d0;CMTS-MAC=00:01:5c:65:8a:49;CM-QOS=1.1;CM-VER=3.1; Thu Mar 26 19:55:19 2020 Notice (6) CM-STATUS message sent. Its very challenging to read like that.

Take a screen snip of the logs and of the modems connections page. This is easier to read and we need both logs and modem connections page (all the info on there for the connections pages)

Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem.
Be sure there are not coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box.
Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem.
